The programme aims to enhance participants' employability by equipping them with transferable skills to support companies in preparing annual sustainability reports aligned with relevant Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks.

The programme requires a commitment of 120 hours, structured into 40 hours of face-to-face learning, 40 hours of continuous online assessment, and 40 hours of independent self-learning. Each module is delivered by an experienced trainer or instructor. Participants must bring a laptop and have access to a registered email address, such as Gmail or a university email account.

Assessments are conducted online, with results recorded for documentation purposes. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a star rating (from 1 star to 5 stars), enhancing the value of their certificate and its recognition by potential hiring organizations.
